This website does not ask you for anything. It has no accounts, no forms, no shopping cart, and no newsletter. This page explains the small amount of data that still gets handled when you visit, and who handles it.
What we do not collect
Luminam Games does not collect, store, sell, rent, or share personal information through this website. Specifically, this site has:
- No user accounts, logins, or passwords
- No contact forms, sign-up forms, or newsletter fields
- No payments, checkout, or stored financial information
- No advertising networks and no advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking pixels and no data brokers
- No database of visitors of any kind
The site itself sets no cookies in your browser.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify automatically processes the standard technical information needed to send a page to your browser. That can include your IP address, the browser and device you are using, the page you requested, and the time of the request, together with aggregate performance measurements for the site. This information exists to serve the site and keep it available. It is not used to identify you personally, it is not combined with anything else, and it is not sold.
Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf and handles that information under its own privacy policy, published at netlify.com/privacy.
Third party services on this page
Two outside services load as part of this website:
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are requested from Google's font servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google at the moment the fonts load. Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No cookies are set by it.
- YouTube. The trailer is embedded in privacy enhanced mode, on the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Nothing from YouTube loads until you actively click play. If you click play, YouTube receives your request and its own privacy policy applies from that point.
Links to Steam, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are ordinary outbound links. Those services only receive information about you if you choose to click through to them, and their own policies apply once you do.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalisation, and therefore does not display a cookie consent banner. If you choose to play the embedded trailer, YouTube may set storage on its own domain at that point, which is why the embed is configured in privacy enhanced mode and does not load until you ask it to.
Contacting us
If you email us at the address below, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, for the sole purpose of replying to you. We do not add those addresses to any mailing list, and we do not share them. Email for this domain is handled by Zoho Mail under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to its processing. Because this website does not maintain a database of visitors, in most cases we hold nothing about you at all. If you would like to make a request or ask a question, write to the address below and we will respond.
Children
This website is a promotional site for a horror game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this site ever adds a form, a mailing list, or analytics that identify visitors, this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
